# Images and certificates
## Enhance your company profile with images, videos, documents, and certificates to give buyers a comprehensive impression of your business.
### Company images
You can upload a total of 10 images, with each image file not exceeding 10 MB in size. The accepted formats for these images include JPEG, PNG, and GIF. Make sure to give each image an attractive title, which should be no longer than 40 characters. After you save your images, these titles will be automatically translated into various languages.
### Videos (exclusively for customers)
If you have an image video of your company or a video presentation of your products and services, you can add a video link to your company profile. This link can be sourced from platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo. We recommend creating an engaging title for your video, with a maximum length of 40 characters. Once submitted, this title will be automatically translated into multiple languages.
### Documents (exclusively for customers)
You can upload up to two PDFs that showcase your catalogues, informational materials, or other relevant documents that may interest potential buyers. Each PDF must not exceed 100 MB in size. Please provide a clear and descriptive title for each document, limited to 40 characters. This title will be automatically translated into various languages once submitted.
### Certificates
Add essential certificates by selecting and clicking the appropriate options from the list. This will help increase buyers' confidence in your company.
