How can I delete my user account?
We offer you the option to delete your account yourself via our self-service portal.
Here's how:
- Click on ‘My Account’. At the bottom left of this page, you will find the option ‘Delete this account’.
- Scroll down and select ‘Delete this account’:
- Answer a few short questions so that we can better understand why you want to delete your account:
- Confirm your decision. Once you have done this, the process is complete.
Can I restore my account after deletion?
No, once you have confirmed the deletion, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. If you wish to use wer liefert was (wlw) or europages again in the future, you will need to re-register.
What happens when I delete my account?
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
- If the account is linked to both wer liefert was (wlw) and europages, both accounts will be deleted.
- Your company profile will remain active; only your user account will be deleted.
I have deleted my account, but my initials are still displayed in the header. Why is that?
After deleting your account, your current session will remain active for about an hour. After that, you will be automatically logged out – you do not need to do anything else.
