# What are the notice periods at Visable?
### Quick answer:
The notice period is generally three months before the end of the minimum contract term or any subsequent 12-month renewal period. However, the terms set out in your individual contract documents always apply. Different notice periods may apply to individual additional services.
### What notice period applies to my contract?
The notice period depends on the contractual terms agreed for your contract. Unless otherwise specified, the notice period is generally three months before the end of the minimum contract term or a subsequent renewal period.
Please review your contract documents. They contain the contract term and notice period that apply to your agreement.
### Which contract documents are relevant?
The relevant documents are the contractual agreements concluded between you and Visable.
In addition, the [General Terms and Conditions (GTC)](https://www.wlw.de/en/firm/legal-notice/agb-20241211) apply unless otherwise specified in the contract.
### Is my contract renewed automatically?
Yes. Unless otherwise agreed, your contract is automatically renewed for a further 12 months if it is not terminated within the applicable notice period.
To avoid automatic renewal, your termination notice must be received within the notice period that applies to your contract.
### Are there different notice periods for additional services?
Yes. Certain additional services may be subject to different notice periods and contract terms.
The applicable terms can be found in the relevant contract documents or service descriptions.
