The Member Management feature allows you to invite users to join and manage your company profile. This means your team members can help keep your profile updated and optimized.
Why should you use Member Management?
With this feature, you can:
- Invite team members to help manage your company profile.
- Maintain control over who has access to your profile.
How do you access Member Management?
- Log into Your Account
- Click on My Account in the header.
- Go to Member Management
- Under the My Companies section, click on your company name:
- Under the My Companies section, click on your company name:
- This will open the Member Management page.
- Invite New Members
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite:
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite:
- They will receive an invitation email.
- What happens when someone accepts the invitation?
- Once they accept, they will be added to your company profile.
- They will then be able to manage the profile just like you.
What can you do in Member Management?
On the Member Management page, you can:
- Access your Company Overview:
- Invite new team members.
- Remove existing members:
- Access and update User Account Settings
This feature makes it easier to manage your company’s presence on the platform while ensuring smooth collaboration between team members.
