User account creation, login & reset of password

In this article, you will learn how to create a user account in just a few simple steps, log in, and change your password if needed.


How to  create a user account:

  1. Click on "Sign in" in the top right corner to create a user account.

  2. On the login page, type in your email address, then click on "Continue".

  3. If you are not yet registered, you will be directed to the registration form.

  4. On the registration page, enter all the mandatory details (Password, salutation, first name, last name) and click on "Sign in".
  5. After clicking "Sign in" you will be redirected to a verification page.
  6. Go to your email account and check the 6 digit verification code.
  7. Copy or enter the verification code and click "Verify code".
  8. Clicking on "Verify code" will create your account and open a login page.

  9. You may now log in using your email address and password.

Please note: If you would like to link your user account with your company profile, contact our customer care at kundenservice@wlw.com and provide the name of your company.


How to login:

  1. Click on "Sign in" in the top right corner to open the login page.
  2. On the login page, type in your email address, then click on "Continue".

  3. Input the password associated with your account and select "Log in".

  4. You are now successfully logged into your account.


How to reset your password:

  1. Click on "Sign in" in the top right corner to open the login page.

  2. On the login page, type in your email address, then click on "Continue".
  3. Now click on "Forgot password".

  4. Enter the email address associated with your user account and click on "Send recovery email".

  5. You will now receive an email with a verification code.
  6. Enter the verification code and click "Verify code".
  7. Now enter your new password and click on "Confirm new password".

  8. Your password has been updated.
