We have a self-service option to let you delete your account all on your own.
How can I delete my account?
It’s simple! Just follow these steps:
- Go to "My Account": On the My accounts page, you can find the option to delete your account at the bottom of the page.
- Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option:
- Answer a few quick questions (to help us understand why you’re leaving):
- Confirm your decision—once you confirm, it’s final:
Can I get my account back after deleting it?
Once you confirm the account deletion, it is permanently removed and cannot be undone. If you want to return, you’ll have to sign up again with the same email.
What happens when I delete my account?
- Your account is permanently removed.
- If you have accounts on both WLW and Europages, they’ll both be deleted.
- Your company profile stays active (only the user account is deleted).
I deleted my account, but I still see my initials in the header. Why?
That’s because your session remains active for about one hour after deletion. No worries—this will be fixed soon.
