To access the message overview, click on "Go to Messages" in your account

For better navigation, you can easily filter request for quotes and direct messages using the filter function on the left side.

Under the "Pending" tab, you will find all messages that require your response. This helps you keep track of which inquiries are still awaiting your reply.
