Messages: Everything at a glance

In the messaging section, you can effortlessly manage all types of inquiries.

To access your message history, click "Messages" in the top right corner of your account:

Here you can view all the requests from potential customers interested in your products and services and reply to incoming messages. There are two kinds of requests:

  • Requests for Quotes - are requests where buyers ask in detail about prices, specifications, and delivery details. europages reviews these requests and forwards them to suitable selected suppliers. If you are interested, respond quickly; if not, simply click "not interested".
  • Information requests (Direct messages)  - these are sent directly by an interested buyer who contacted you through your company profile or your products.

Whether it is a Request for Quote or an information request, everything is clearly structured and efficiently organised. After receiving a request, you have to indicate first whether you are interested in this request or accept the request, and only then the text field will appear for your reply.

The filter function on the left-hand side allows you to easily filter between Request for Quote and information requests (direct messages).

Under 'Unanswered' you will find all messages that are still waiting for your reply.
