Messages: Everything at a glance
You can easily manage all types of requests in the Messages section.
You can access your messages in the top right corner of your account under Messages. There you will find all inquiries and conversations with potential customers and can respond to them directly.
In principle, there are two types of inquiries:
-
Request for Quote (sent to several suppliers at the same time)
-
Information request (addressed specifically to your company)
Request for Quote
These requests are sent to several suppliers simultaneously.
-
In your inbox, you will see inquiries that are a good match for your offering.
-
On the Request Hub, you can additionally respond to further published requests.
When you reply to a Request for Quote or send an offer, a conversation with the prospect is created automatically.
Information requests (direct requests)
Prospects can also contact you directly via your company profile or your product detail pages. These requests usually indicate a concrete interest in your company.
Respond as quickly as possible – even if you are not interested. This strengthens trust and has a positive effect on your visibility.
You are not interested or unable to process a request? Proceed as follows:
-
Inbox: Click the “Decline this request” button.
-
Request Hub: No action is required. Simply ignore requests that are not relevant to you.
Tip: Respond to all requests promptly to increase your visibility on wer liefert was (wlw) by maintaining a strong Response rate and Response time.
