      Add products and services via PDF import

      Learn how to efficiently add your product data using PDF import.

      With the PDF import, you can extract data from PDF documents such as brochures, data sheets, and catalogues, and efficiently add products & services to your wer liefert was (wlw) profile. Follow these 7 simple steps to successfully import and organize your products and services:

       

      Step 1: Log into your account

      Log into your account and click on "My Products & Services".

      Step 2: Open the import menu

      Choose the "Import" option to open the import menu and proceed with your data extraction.

      Step 3: Upload PDF documents

      Select "PDF Import (AI)" and upload your PDF documents.

      Step 4: Start the import

      Click on "Start Import" to initiate the process. The import may take several minutes to complete. You can navigate away from this page and return later; however, please ensure that this window remains open during the import.

      Step 5: Review drafts

      All identified products will be stored as drafts for your convenience. Take a moment to carefully review these drafts to ensure their accuracy and completeness.

      Step 6: Edit products

      Carefully review and edit each product. The product names, categories, descriptions, keywords, and images might be auto-filled but can be customized.

      Step 7: Publish products

      Publish your product or service by clicking "Publish".
