To assist you in this process, we provide the Product Completion Score. This score allows you to assess the thoroughness of your product listing and offers clear recommendations for enhancement.
What is the Product Completion Score?
The Product Completion Score shows how complete your product listing is. It is based on key information such as the product title, category, description, images, keywords, and price.
The higher your score, the more complete and attractive your listing will appear to potential buyers.
A high Product Completion Score increases your product’s visibility in search results, making it easier for potential buyers to find your product. It also helps to build trust, as complete and well-prepared product listings appear more professional and reliable. This encourages buyers to engage with your product and supports them in making informed purchasing decisions. The more complete your listing, the greater the chance that buyers will consider and ultimately choose your product.
You can access your Product Completion Score in two areas in the Products and services section:
- on the product editing page
- on the product overview page.
How to improve your Product Completion Score
Each element of your product listing contributes to your score. The more fields you complete, the higher your score.
Make the title as specific as possible
Use a clear, detailed product title with key terms buyers are likely to search for. Avoid generic terms, brand-only titles, or abbreviations.

Highlight the key selling points within the first 50 characters.

Keep the title within a maximum length of 128 characters.

Avoid typos, special characters, superlatives, and irrelevant keywords.

Include key elements such as the product name, brand, model number, colour, and size.
Choose the most accurate category for your product
Choose the most relevant category to help your product appear in the right search results and buyer filters. Our system will usually provide you with 3 category suggestions based on the product title, but you can also enter the category manually or search for a suitable category.
Describe features, benefits, and specs in the description

Capture buyers’ interest within the first 150 characters.

Provide relevant product details such as material, dimensions, and unique selling points.

Avoid overly technical terms as well as emotional or promotional language.
Note: The product editor currently allows basic formatting options, including the use of paragraphs and simple bullet points (e.g. hyphens). While advanced features like bold text or colour customization are not yet available.
Add the right product keywords
- Provide detailed and precise keywords, ensuring no repetition.

Use up to 15 relevant keywords buyers are likely to type when searching, including synonyms and technical terms.
- Keep each keyword to a maximum of 60 characters.
Add product images
- Upload 3-8 high-quality images of your product.
- Use JPG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, or WEBP format.
- Recommended size: 800x600 pixels, maximum file size: 5 MB.
- Use a 4:3 image ratio.
- Upload the most important image first, as it will be used as the thumbnail.
Specify price details
- Provide clear pricing information, you have three options:
- Fixed price
- Price range
- Starting price: This allows you to set a minimum price without specifying a fixed price or price range.
- Specify a unit of measure and a minimum order quantity.
- Make sure your prices are up-to-date and match the information on your website.
