Why are not all website visitors displayed in my dashboard, and how can I improve identification?

There are several reasons why not all website visitors can be identified and displayed in your customer dashboard:

1. Visits from private individuals (Consumers)

Our Website Leads tool is focused on the B2B sector. To avoid processing and storing personal data, only companies are displayed as visitors in your dashboard – not private individuals.

2. Website Leads is installed only on the homepage

If Website Leads is only implemented on your homepage, visitors accessing other pages of your website (e.g., through Google Ads campaigns) will not be tracked.
To identify all relevant visitors, ensure that Website Leads is installed on all the pages of your website that you want to track.

3. Visitors decline cookies

If you have implemented Website Leads with a cookie banner, visitors who do not consent to cookies cannot be tracked or identified.
